At Adorn Interiors, we follow a tried-and-true 17-step process that ensures every project runs smoothly and every home tells its owner’s story.

Here’s how it works:

Research: Where it all begins

Every project starts with curiosity - about you, your home, and your dreams.

  • Discovery Call – We kick things off with a quick chat to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.

  • Meet & Greet – Next, we meet in person (or virtually!) to talk through your space, your style, and your wish list.

  • Scope of Work – We prepare and present a clear plan outlining what we’ll be tackling together.

  • Contract & Payment – Once you’re ready, we make it official with a signed contract and initial payment.

  • Client Interviews – This is where we dig deep into your lifestyle and preferences so we can design a space that’s truly you.

  • Kick-Off Meeting – Behind the scenes, our team sets everything into motion and lays the foundation for a seamless project.

Development: Bringing the vision to life

This is where the fun really starts. We roll up our sleeves and dive into the design work.

  • Trade Day – We bring in our trusted trades (contractors, artisans, vendors) to measure, review, and plan.

  • Design Creation – From floor plans to fabrics to finishes, we thoughtfully source and design every detail.

  • Presentation – Cue the big moment! We reveal your personalized design plan, complete with mood boards, samples, and selections.

  • Revisions & Approval – We tweak anything needed until you’re over-the-moon happy.

Procurement: Making it real

Once the design is approved, it’s time to bring it all into reality.

  • Orders Placed – We handle all the purchasing, tracking, and scheduling so you don’t have to lift a finger.

  • Construction & Renovation – For remodels, we coordinate with contractors and check in throughout the process.

  • Receiving & Site Visits – We inspect and manage incoming items and keep tabs on the progress every step of the way.

Installation: The grand finale

This is where months of planning turn into a jaw-dropping transformation.

  • Furniture Installation – The trucks roll in, and we orchestrate the placement of every piece.

  • Styling & Staging – The finishing touches: accessories, art, greenery, and all the little details that make your house feel like home.

  • The Big Reveal – We welcome you back in for that unforgettable HGTV-worthy moment. (Yes, we get teary too.)

  • Punch List – Finally, we go through the space together to fine-tune every detail and make sure it’s perfect.
